Are there any speed test apps which you can specify a smaller size file for the upload and download?

I'm trying out verizon and consumed 600 megs in 1 day with all my testing.

    Thanks,
    Mike

How many tests did you do?

I did a lot of testing, not sure exactly.

I've been trying a bunch of different speed test apps. One app explicitly warned me it would send a 50 meg file up and 50 meg file down, so that's 100 megs per test. Wow! That's a lot. I don't know if that's typical.

I live in a 20 story high rise concrete building in Philadelphia. The results vary based on where in the building I am, etc.

My results were not awesome in my apt. I opened a ticket with verizon and they confirmed multiple problems in the tower nearest me, so hopefully that is the cause.

Speed test is normally about 25 per test.
