How can I upgrade my Bank of America app?

Bank of america app

Bank of America app wanted me to update on my Samsung Galaxy 5s cell but when I tried it said already installed (I'm guessing because its on my Galaxy Note Pad) but I can't sign on to it on my cell because it said it needs to be updated. I deleted it from my cell but now when I try to install again it still says it's already there....

Welcome to the forums. That is really strange. Have you tried emailing the developer for the app? That sounds like a bug, and they would be better at troubleshooting.
