I'd like to know if my upload/download is adequate for periscope broadcasting before I start a broadcast.

Is there any app that shows: "data-good", "data-bad" without burning 50 megs of my data plan for a full proper speed test?

    Thanks,
    Mike

I do not believe so. It is hard to test the bandwidth without actually doing the test to see the speed.
