Some times I see a message that says something has been posted to my clipboard and I have no clue how to find the clipboard .

Open any text field, such as an email or text message, press and hold the screen and you'll see "paste". Touch that and it'll paste in the last entry in your clipboard. On some phones, doing this in the texting app will show you multiple clipboard entries.
