Need a recommendation on a PDF reader App

Searching for a light weight PDF reader that remembers where I left off in a PDF and opens the PDF on that very page. Something that doesn't require much access to the phone would be nice too. Cost is not an issue.

So far I came across ezPDF Reader Lite for $0.99 but I'm not sure why it needs access to my Device ID and Call Information.

Any recommendations?

I use Adobe Reader. Lightweight, I don't know about that however, I have never had an issue with it ever and have been using it on all my phones for years. I also have and use Google PDF Viewer. Again, no issues with that either. I'm not sure if either of these fit your criteria for opening where you left off in a PDF. I never really noticed that.
