Trust me. I've hammered the refresh button a ton. I called Google and they said it had something to do with the fact that I was a red subscriber and the music service was just an add on for the music so it might not work since the sign up process takes place in the music app and not the youtube red app. Seemed weird to me. They said I needed to un subscribe from red, wait up to 2 weeks for the process to fully complete on Googles backend, and then it should work.
