Am unable to login to American Express mobile app, why?

Am unable to login american express mobile app

i bought recently Samsung S6 Edge plus, for some reason i don't know am unable to login into my american express app even if i try with correct credentials...

Actually if the works fine means my account suppose to lock my account if i attempt to many attempts but its not locking my account ,

every time it is showing me user name and id is wrong but am able to login online with same credentials.

Welcome to Android Central! If it's not recognizing your user ID, it won't lock the account, since it doesn't recognize the account. Are you sure you have all of the letters in the correct case (upper vs lower)?

Try going to Settings>Apps​, select American Express, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Now try again.
