Hey everyone,

I was wondering if anyone could share their experiences with OBD2 reader apps and wireless OBD2 scanners. I thought it would be fun to be see things like my MPG in real time on my phone. After searching the internet, Torque Pro seems to be a favorite among Android users, but everything I found goes back a few years or more. Is Torque Pro still a favorite? Has anyone found anything else they liked better? Do people still use this sort of solution? I figure, if I can get this to work, I wouldn't need to go looking for and install an expensive display/deck that has these features built in.

I also noticed a lot mentions the scanners will connect to your device via blue tooth. I normally stream music to my car speakers from my phone via blue tooth, can I do both at once?

Thanks!

I use TP and other apps, it works well, Car Scanner too but it wont detect all fault codes or state limp mode errors neither reset them. For that you will need a proper VAG scanner. Hope it helps...
