fake ip/location etc from apps

How can i fake my phone location data, like ip, mac address, location etc from an app that i use? It's easy for location, just by turning off GPS, but what about the other data?

Faking your IP address does not work. If you give out a fake IP address, you cannot get any responses to your internet requests since the responses will go to the fake IP address.

I won't make any requests . I'll just play an on line android game. All the game has to do is to refresh ,every time i log in with my username,and show the credits i won.
So , how can i do this?
And let me ask another thing:
If i use my android phone from varius places and log in the game with my username, won't i get a different ip? Or that's a different case of an ip?

An IP address (new or old) is assigned to the phone every time you attach to a WiFi router or turn on your cellular data service.

Logging on to the app, refreshing, getting your credits, and playing the game is done by lots and lots of internet requests.
