I'm looking for an app that forces apps to stop and also inside the Application Manager when you check, the 'Force Stop' button in the application manager in settings must be greyed and this way the app does not restarts on its own when disabled deep in the os and not just close em like a regular task killer. But i don't want the app icons to dissappear on the app drawer. Even with a auto function when i use and so re-enabled some disabled apps that forces those apps stopped automatically.

I don't think there's a way to do this without root. Package Disabler Pro will disable apps, but that also removes them from the app drawer. On my last phone, I used ES Task Manager to prevent apps from starting automatically, but that requires root.

The closest thing that you will find is greenify. Won't do exactly as you've described, but end result should be the same.
