One friend and me have made one android app that uses Facebook API Places. So with some code lets say that we get all the facebook places that someone has around him. How can we say to people in the app description or app name etc. that all these places are from Facebook Places without getting my app suspended ???

Because if i name my app Places of Facebook Nearby i think i will get susspended. Has anyone deal with something like this before?

What would be the reason for the suspension?

Because of the word "Facebook" in my app Name or Description.

It seems unlikely to get suspended if you mention that the places are retrieved through the Facebook Places api in the description. As for the title, why not just drop the Facebook part -- "Places", "Nearby", "Places Nearby", or anything else you could think of with "Facebook" in the title should still work after removing "Facebook"
