Android Pay Error

On android pay on my Samsung Galaxy S7 edge I'm getting an error message when trying to add a card saying 'It seems that another app is blocking access to Wallet. Turn off any apps that might be drawing over the screen and try again.' I am not running Twilight or Lucy. Any help appreciated

Don't know for sure, but my first guess is that Samsung Pay might be the culprit

Welcome to Android Central! Go to the App Manager, tap More>Apps That Can Appear On Top, and look at what apps are turned on. Try turning them off one by one.
