Phone and Contacts Soft Key App?

Hey, the new Motorola Devour looks to have an app that makes Phone and Contact soft keys at the bottom of the home desktop (on either side of the app drawer):

Is this part of MotoBLUR, or a standalone app? If it's a standalone app, where can I get it?! Thanks!

Very true. I know its a bit annoying for me to keep the phone icon on my home screen so I had to put it on my 2nd screen and its a pain sometimes i forget where it is

Try a homescreen replacement like GDE or home++. I like GDE for the many themes available, cool screen transitions, and the soft phone button. Cheers!

It'd part of MotoBLUR, as far as I'm aware.

Yeah, it's MotoBLUR that adds it, not an app.
