What app is running on my Samsung s4

Not sure what app I have running but there is a P in a circle icon on the top left of my phone and grayed out. And when my phone is locked it is on the screen and has My Status (offline) I do have a screen shot but it's a little blurry.

Welcome to Android Central! If you swipe the notification panel down, do you see that icon? If so, long-press it, then tap App Info.

I think I know what you are talking about. You said there was an icon on top left of your screen with a P. I also have that and that is just the shortcut on your notification drop down list for Peel Smart Remote. It does not mean that it is running, it is just simply a shortcut for Peel Smart Remote and there is no need to worry. I tried to open your attachment but was not able to so I am not definitely sure if we are talking about the same thing, but if you see a p that looks like an o in a grayed square in top left of phone, than we are. Hope that helps!

Just was able to view your image and I realize that that image is not what I was talking about. If you click on the actual notification and unlock your phone, it should take you to the app.
