    I downloaded Opera Mobile version 11.00 a couple days ago from the Market app. Wow! This Opera browser is so much better than the browser built into the Thunderbolt. Opera version 11.00 is much better at playing flash video, or any video that is embedded in a website. My new favorite browser!

    For example, the built in browser doesn't play videos on my Facebook page when I click on it. Just simply freezes, nothing plays. But with the Opera browser, when I click on the video link, the video actually plays within the Facebook page. Very cool.

    This is the first time I've ever said something positive about an app on this Android Forum from my recollection, so I don't know what you're referring to.

    Can you give a comparison to skyfire? I'm using skyfire right now because I saw a graph that looked nice and I like graphs that look nice. I don't like bars on the top and bottom of my browser with tiny useless buttons so a fast alternative browser would be prime.

    I use opera mini and its great the compression tech makes it speedier then skyfire has ever been for me.

    Very cool. I see there's also a full version of Opera on the market. Does this mean mini doesn't support flash 10.2, html5, etc.?

    I was a Dolphin kind of guy, but after checking this out I think I'm going to change my default settings. Really smooth, flash videos play really effortlessly.

    I don't think so I think Mini is all about compression and speed hence the name mini

    The opera guy said mini will be for when your on a slower connection{3g} and mobile for faster networks{fast 3g/4g}

    I run 3G and yeah it's not prime in terms of speed but I like the freedom to jump to a new page and be able to see anything I was meant to. So mini isn't for me but after a trial run of Opera Mobile I gotta say I'm sold. Fast, smooth, loads up cached pages instantly. I'm not a fan of waiting 5-10 seconds to see a page but that's the price of living in Montana I guess. You can tell 4G wasn't the reason I got the thunderbolt.
