I work at a retail outlet that once a month gets a visit from a Nintendo of america rep. After talking to him a bit about Android phones and applications he told me that nintendo is currently in a lawsuit against google and apple for the nintendo emulator apps and rom finders. Nintendo wants google/apple to pull all related apps from their markets and to fine the Devs of said programs. This is supposed to be happening in the next few weeks, but I personally have no conformation except for what the Rep said.
