I am looking for an email app that will allow me to have 4 separate account, 3 Gmail and 1 outlook. I want to keep the accounts separate and have a different notification icon and/or color for each one. Cost doesn't matter. Thanks in advance.

Using MailDroid you can set this up and have different notifications icons, color, and sounds for each one. You can even add it different notification sounds at a more granular level by person emailing you.

A few questions about mail Droid.
    1. I see the different notification icon, I don't see where to change the color of them.
    2. If it purchase the pro, will the ads at the bottom of the screen go away? I read there are still in app purchases w the pro, will they show at the bottom?
    3. I can't find where to add additional accounts after adding the first one.
    Thanks

Try Email Type app (Type App). It will do everything you want. So many options and customizations.

    1. You can set this under menu, settings, notifications, rules
    2. Yes, the pro is ad free
    3. In the navigation drawer, you can expand the top part and there is an option to manage accounts. When you hit that, you can add more accounts.
