Not able to Login Uber App

I am trying to login to Uber App from my Moto Z Play (unlocked India version non-rooted). When I enter Phone number, only logging message displays, but it does not proceed further to login.
Anybody else facing issue. I tried to reboot phone and also uninstalled and re-installed Uber app 2-3 times. But same behaviour.

What if you go to Settings>Apps, select Uber, and Clear Cache/Clear Data?

I am able to login now through WiFi as well as through another SIM 2 internet. Looks like it was network issue, though not sure why it happened. All other apps like Facebook, Twitter were working on SIM 1 Internet, but Uber was taking long time to login.
