In another thread, the poster is looking for a way to upload photos from their phone to the cloud. Suggestions have been to use Dropbox and then some Dropbox syncing app, like Dropin or Titanium. The problem is that Dropbox has 2-way sync, so that if you were to delete photos from your phone or cloud and synced, they would be deleted everywhere. Similarly, if you moved photos out of your computer Dropbox folder, photos from your phone would be resynced to your Dropbox.

Ideally, there should be an app/service that would allow for a continuous or manual upload of ONLY the latest photos/media/text. It would simply record the last time it synced, then find all media that was newer, sync that, then reset the last sync time. Then you could delete photos/other from your phone or cloud and not have to worry about recopying or losing photos on your phone.

Does anything like this exist? Is it a good idea? It could use Dropbox, but only do an incremental one-way sync from phone to cloud.
