The app "Folder Organizer" is abandoned, and e-mails to the developer bounce. I love and put a lot of effort into that app, finding and assigning folder icons and assigning more than 400 apps. That work has been transferable to new phones via the app's Export/Import functions. But Export no longer works in my version (the latest Amazon version). That Export bug is fixed in the newer version on the Google Play Store.
I want to buy the Play Store version and install it over the Amazon version, but don't know how to do that without losing my precious data. I have a non-rooted Samsung S6 Edge Plus, and don't want to root and lose Samsung Pay. I have MyBackup Pro but that doesn't offer backup of data at the granularity of single apps.
Any ideas will be much appreciated. Thanks.
