Music Player App

I'm looking for suggestions on an app to listen to music on. I keep mp3 files on a memory card. I'd like an app that will let me create playlists and will back them up to the cloud. So if I change devices, it can transfer my playlist to the next phone and work off the music stored on my memory card. It'd be nice if it also had an album art grabbing function. Basically, I'm looking for something similar to iTunes WITHOUT the Apple BS. Lol.

Any suggestions?

Does Google Play Music not work for you? I think it has all of the features you're looking for.

That was music from my personal collection, not streaming.

Well I use Poweramp, but my family still uses itunes for purchases so I use a program called Isynr. Works great in transferring playlists from your computer to your phone.

Poweramp is the gold standard IMHO.
