Touch screen vnc viewer

Hello. I use vnc viewer app to connect to my Media PC. On my android tablet you move the mouse with your finger. On my surface pro I use tightvnc and I don't have to move my finger around just touch it. Can I do this using my Android device? Thanks

Thanks. I have already mailed them and they have been no help. They told me to download the app which i have thats how im using it haha
