Anyone know a blacklist app that can work solely off a SD card?

I've done a fairly comprehensive search on this for quite some time but I could never find a blacklist / spam phone call blocking app that works solely off a SD card. I've found blacklist apps that can backup to a SD card but that is it. All of them require more of my limited internal storage.

So far the only answer I've heard is to root my Optimus L90 to allow all apps to work with a SD card but I'd rather not root my phone at all.

one option is to see if you phone+carrier+android combo allows you to format the card as an internal storage extension.

Other than that, apps get installed on your internal storage.
Make sure you have all your pictures, movies, music, and documents on the SD card.
