Account action required message - on one google account

I'm using Xperia XA Dual and has been seeing this annoying message since morning. It just wouldn't go. When i tap it, it asks me to install or skip Google Apps Device policy. Tapping skip does nothing and the annoying alert stays there.

Now this google account is my work account. Could this be from our IT Team? Could anyone else wipe or erase my account data? even the Google Account Administrators?

You probably HAVE to accept it, even though skipping is an option it's mandatory, which is why it will keep bothering you with the message.
Your best person to ask if this is from your IT Team, is your IT Team.
