Anyone know how to Swype a time, like 3:45? I have been unable to figure it out even if i do one character at a time it messes up.

Not sure if you can. I just long press each number and the colon.

That is the only way I know how. Perhaps its a limitation of this beta version.

I don't think that's a limitation. Swype is based off the dictionary and words you input., I'm guessing you could try to input 345 and see if that ever comes up when you Swype. , I've gotten 3g on here where I don't have to manually type that in anymore and I can Swype it.

I've not had any success getting Swype to allow swyping of numbers. Like Duvi said, it's more for words, based upon a dictionary to autocorrect and select. With numbers, times, etc, there's no way to confirm accuracy.

You have to input the individual characters than it the Swype key next to the symbol key to add it to the dictionary.

He can always add it to the dictionary, but I was guessing that he wanted to swype the time and things that are always changing.

I think "411" can be swyped. accidentally stumbled upon that last night.
