    In the Amazon Alexa App for the Amazon Echo, there is a supposed to be a Traffic menu item in the Accounts section, where you can put in your commute information. That menu item doesn't appear in my app, though I can see it there in pictures on this site: https://www.androidcentral.com/how-use-alexa-traffic-updates

    Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

    Welcome to Android Central. You might check the Amazon site for an updated app. The other thing that comes to mind is location, do you have that turned on, and do you have an address set? Those appear to be required for the Traffic to function.

    That was the issue. I have multiple echos and multiple amazon accounts. I only had some of them with addresses, but once I added the address to all of them, the traffic menu item appeared.
