Several but not all apps fail to update including Facebook.

Since my last Android security update (build NPJ25.93-14.5), I am not able to update or install many apps, including Facebook, Messenger, Waze, and Google Photos. The apps either halt during the "installing" phase or keep downloading repeatedly until the error message appears. Any idea how to fix?

Welcome to Android Central. Clear the system cache partition and see if that helps.
