    Okay this is rather frustrating. I have tried several solutions that could possibly fix this issue.

    This is the second time that I couldn't load my new or old messages anymore. Whether it is app or browser, it always shows "Something went wrong. Please try again later." In messenger app.

    When it comes to my laptop/desktop, a blank chat box just appears even if there are new messages coming in.

    I reinstalled and updated the app. Cleared my cache and cookies of the browser and everything and nothing seems to work out. I also tried several devices.

    My other account looks fine and well. I am using my personal account for transactions and I couldn't bear this any longer.

    If anyone can just help me with this one.
