What are some reasons to use alt browsers? Because I've found the stock HTC browser on my evo, as well as my shift and hero to be pretty impressive.

Skyfire handles flash better than the stock browser, as well as having Facebook support.

Dolphin is fast, does fullscreen, & features touchscreen gestures, and the HD version has a plugin architecture with some interesting and useful plugins available.

Speed, rendering of pages, features not found in the stock browser such as gestures: tabs, user agent per web site, etc. Basically the same reasons you'd use any non-stock app.

Take some for a spin. You can't beat first hand experience.

also where can i make my own lil android bot??
For what?

I've tried pretty much all of them but found my self coming back to stock...and I wanna make me own lil Android bot lol

I wasn't impressed with Dolphin. It didn't feel fast or intuitive. I wan't impressed with Opera or Firefox (but I've heard the new version of Firefox is a lot better.

I use Chrome unless I need flash then I go back to stock. One benefit of Chrome is that it automatically syncs your bookmarks with your google account, so I don't have to recreate my bookmarks everytime I flash a new ROM.

Regarding making your own bugdroid, I assume you're referring to this app: https://forums.androidcentral.com/e....android.apps.androidify&hl=en&token=UfM2Q9kr

ditched dolphin recently for firefox as my default browser .. so far so good though firefox still seems incomplete some how
