How do I listen to a call from "automatic call recording" app, that I had emailed to me?

Everytime I try to listen to a recording it says, "no app to open this with" , even though i downloaded the app?! So frustrated Ive tried few ways but cannot get it to work.
I have a ZTE Blade Z Max Android.

Look at the file with a file manager. What are the letters after the dot? (Like .ogg, .mp3, .mp4, etc.) You need an app that can play that kind of file. Just Google android app play ogg (or whatever file type it is), and install an app that can play it. (There should be at least a dozen apps to play each type of file.) Sometimes the recording app has no internal playback function.
