Edge stuck on beta release

last year I installed the preview version of edge. it has since come out of beta so I uninstalled it and tried to re-install the stable release but it only shows up as (Beta) in the play store, says "You're a beta tester for this app. Awesome!", and installs as version 42.x. how do I get out of this? I don't think it's specific to my device but more to the play store and my login profile. running v7.1.2 build

Remove yourself as a beta tester. Uninstall it. Install it from Play and the release version will install.
