Why wont my app upload to Aptoid

I created an app and I wanted to upload it to Aptoid. It goes through the process of uploading but nothing shows up in my Aptoid store. I am new to this and I just want to share with the world my creation. Can some one help me out here?

Have you emailed them and asked them? They may hold it until they try it, to make sure it's a real app.
