Google Pixel Phone Favorites screen

Is there a way to change the order of contacts on this screen, and delete any of the Favorites? Since the recent update, several contacts on this screen are not favorites at all. Phone app version 27.0.229418291

Long press on a contact until the context menu appears, then either tap Remove or drag the contact to a new spot.
