Hi the best way is keeping your software current and security updates also dont download any apps from unknown places and should be good .

Phone "cleaners"? No.
Kaspersky? That's a bit questionable. They've been accused of some shady practices.
Lookout? An antivirus is as good as the people working on finding new viruses, and they seem to wait until a virus is announced as causing problems before they add it.

An antivirus is only good if you get the virus after the antivirus you're using has updated to include it. (And no, running half a dozen of them just bogs the phone down.)

But Avast, AVG, Avira are all good. And you should also be running Malwarebytes.

Don't click on links in anything (websites, emails, apps, games) unless you're certain that they're clean.

Don't install anything from Cheetah Mobile.
