Google Voice Call Forwarding Issue

Is anyone having an issue today with calls being forwarded?

I have GV+S and for some reason calls aren't being sent to my cellphone. I've disabled and re-enabled and still nothing. It's checked to forward and schedule is to always ring.

Anyone else?

Weird. I disabled and tried calling my original google voice number and it rings my cell phone but with GV+S it's not.
