Android Auto support from Google?

How/who do I contact from Google to get support on Android Auto? I have tried calling the Play Store team, emailing the dev email on the play store (which is a dummy address) and looking online. Literally cannot find any way of contacting them for support?

Google is pretty much faceless when it comes to support, it seems you can't really contact them. In the Android Auto app, there is a Help & Support option from the menu (the three stacked dots in the upper right corner) but it takes you to FAQs and a link where you can send feedback via email (with logs and screenshots if you want). Other than that, pinging them on Twitter is an option, but good luck getting any response!

This is a long shot, but do they listen to improvement suggestions given in the feedback section of the app or is there another place for that?

I have a lot of suggestions for improvement and would like them to be seen.

Which twitter account? I contacted a devolper directly... he doesn't seem to be into twitter at all (wonder why he pulicizes his twitter account).
