Home screen

Every time I try to click any link on the home screen this is the results I get. Both on WiFi and on 4g.

I've deleted the app and reinstalled, I've signed out and back in but I get the same results. I have several other phones sitting here next to me that all work fine.

Any ideas from the cool kids?

I haven't changed anything. Just lost functionality. Also once I'm on the forums I can click everything like normal.

Just the home menu links are showing me no love.

Have you tried to replace the home links with new ones
Also you might go into permissions and such in app settings and make sure all permissions are granted sometimes that can cause issues as well

How did you create those home screen links? Have you already tried clearing defaults for the AC app? What phone and Android version are you using?

As far as permissions it says the app has no permissions and it's not giving me a chance to change that. I know I'm missing something stupid most likely.

Oh, I see what you mean and ... same problem here! I'll ask around and try a couple of things.

Ok, this worked for me. Go to settings - apps - select Android Central - force stop - storage - clear data. Once you open it you get a couple of screens that you have to confirm.

YES! Clear data is the step I was missing.

Back to normal now. Thank you very much.
