As a gadget geek and an engineering technician for a consumer electronics company, I'm always interested in getting my hands on the latest and greatest. I'm mostly interested in seeing how the guts of a device can improve the user experience.

Why am I looking forward to seeing Snapdragon 800 in phones and tablets this year. Maybe designed to enable more experiences, advanced features and capabilities than any other mobile processor, support for advanced graphic and compute APIs, including OpenGL ES 3.0, DirectX, OpenCL, Renderscript Compute and FlexRender3, Capture, playback and display in UltraHD video (with four times 1080p pixel density), Up to 55 Megapixel, stereoscopic 3D and Higher display resolutions (up to 2560x2048) and Miracast 1080p HD support. DO I NEED ANY OTHER REASON TO BE EXCITED ON THIS NEW TECHNOLOGY...

I like pushing the boundaries of what is possible on a smartphone or tablet and I want to be able to edit, enhance, and share photos and movies without leaving my phone. Furthermore, I like having the newest things in the market especially if you can win them for free
