They really need to help people out when they buy these phones

I have this one friend who has had an Evo for 2 months and just now signed into a Google Account on the damn thing. What do they do in the store when you buy one and you have no idea about the phone. Just give it to you and let you go? Like how do they not direct him and give him information about the thing and tell him he's going to need to sign into Google for the phone to work fully. How do you go 2 months and not download apps!!!! L O L!.

I'm just amazed.
