This is what I had for lunch today: Arugula salad with citrus marinated tofu, mango, jicama, feta cheese, sundried tomato, and pine nuts with an olive oil dressing.

Sushi looks well made. Presentation could be a little better, but overall the roll itself looks well done.
The presentation of most of our meal was pretty sloppy, which is sad considering the price we paid for it, but it happens. It wasn't really the best sushi I've eaten, but it wasn't that bad. This picture was the las Vegas roll.

Corn, red and green peppers, sauteed with olive oil and a tiny bit of beef glaze (Beef stock reduced by 85+%)
That was in Vegas???? When I was in Culinary School Vegas was New York v.2.0....hopefully that hasn't happened at every spot....
Lol, nah, this was actually in Tucson, AZ. I'm not sure why its called the los Vegas roll, but that's what the menu said... It was the only cooked sushi I ordered that night. It was some sushi bar in the la paloma foothills. Paid about $60 a person for all you can eat.
