Basically the LG V20 with upgraded performance specs and larger battery (note, I see the design changes of the V30 as a downgrade), plus add in strong front facing stereo speakers and a single rear camera with optical zoom lens. I know that could mean a thicker phone, and to that I say GOOD!

Today, I'd settle for my old Nexus 6 with Pixel 2 XL (or 3 XL) innards, camera and fps + wireless charging. But just to gild the lily, I'll add a V20-style DAC, optional V20-style manual camera controls (still & video), a 3500 mAh battery, 6 GB RAM and Gorilla Glass 5 up front.

Take the Galaxy Note 9, flatten the screen, replace the aluminum side with stainless steel, remove the top and bottom bezels, and have it run stock android with Samsungs extra features.
