What's the best gameboy advance emulator?

I've been searching for the best emulators available. I have selected pretty much everything but GBA so far. I was using gpsPhone on my iPod. Does anyone have any suggestions for GBA? (psst a PS1 emu suggestion is welcome too)

Gameboid is really stable and works with most ROM's. It is not available in the Android Market. This developer had most of his emulators pulled from the market at the Xperia Play was released, so he moved all of emulators to the SlideME market and made most of them free

It is available for free in the SlideME marketplace
