The number of decks to play with is configurable from 1 to 8, just hit "Settings".
You can hit, stand, double, split and take insurance.
Dealer must draw to 16 and stand on all 17.
You start with a balance of $200. Beware! If you run out of cash the game will be over... but you can start all over again
