NBA League Pass...

I'm using NBA league pass version 1.20. I try to view live or replay games and It tells me that "NBA league pass would like to use your current location" I click "ok" and it goes to the next screen that say's check location ...all live and replay games are subject to blackout restrictions. Before accessing the games,your current location will be determined. The "3G" data conection icon at the top of my screen shows activity but it stays on this screen, the screen is not frozen. I see a basketball bouncing across the bottom of the screen. I made sure my location and GPS settings are enabled. When I use google maps my location is found within 5 seconds everytime. Has anyone experienced this as well?
