    Hello.

I'm having trouble using Android Pay - usual message about Android unable to verify software etc.

The issues is my HTC One M7 is stock from 02 UK, I've never rooted it etc. Running 5.0.2 Android.

After running a (free) AVG check , a message about my phone running a high Privilege Mode popped up.

    1. Is this why Android Pay won't et me load cards? (It thinks my phone is rooted)
    2. What can I do to undo / alter privilege mode? (If anything )

Cheers for any assistance you can give

Moved to the Android Pay forum--I think you might get better answers here than the general Lollipop forum.
