How to block sending MMS ? A8 2018

When my text is too long phone will convert SMS to MMS and im charged.
I want to prevent my phone to send MMS ever.
On MMS settings i try restricted and warning instead of auto but with no result. Phone will still convert SMS to MMS.
Also tried on SMS settings to use Unicode or GSM alphabet, no result either.
I also try to disable MMS service, but phone will not let me to disable this.
There is any method to restrict sending MMS in any circumstances ?

You could always turn off mobile data just while you're sending texts (since MMS requires mobile data).

Yeah, but i have to do this on and off everytime i send a SMS. No other method ?
I never use MMS, if there is sohow to disable this for good this ino problem for me

I'm not sure if there's any other way. I currently don't have my Galaxy A32 5G available to look through the Samsung Messages app settings. Maybe @mustang7757 is aware of a way to do what you're trying to achieve.

If you have a wireless plan that doesn't have unlimited messaging, or that has a very small monthly data allotment, then it must be pretty inexpensive. If things are financially challenging for you and you can't consider a plan that has unlimited texting, then you may just have to rely on workarounds like toggling off mobile data when you send a text.

In the message app settings only for group chats you can control this so not what your looking for , now if you long press the message app>tap info >maybe denying permission to media and files but u would have to test it out otherwise turn mobile data saver on in settings>connection> data usage>toggle mobile data saver

There is something else I found, if you download Alliance Shield X from play store and disable android mms service maybe that could work but u would need to test it out

Ok I think your only option is download Alliance Shield X from play store and type mms in the search bar then block it

Installed the app. Signup for account, activate my account and than i signed in. Type MMS, found MMS service. But when i touch button Prevent nothing happen. I tried to uninstall MMS service, not working. Looks like i can not stop this service

I was able to prevent, now check in settings of alliance shield X if you have as device administrator and Knox enrollment on ?

Know was oof, turned on and now i can prevent mms service for running


But too bad this is useless, phone still covert to MMS
