Forced updates

Is there a way to stop the updates? I know I should do the security updates but last time I did my Android Auto stopped working. Haven't been able to use it since August 2018. I haven't tried to use AA with my 10+ yet. Either way I don't like having no choice in the updates. I didn't have this problem with Oreo.

You can turn them off in developer options. I believe you'll still get a reminder, but it won't update on its own.

before turning it off on your phone chekc to see if theres a firmware update for your HU...or the AA app version you have installed.
