I found out that I can't get LTE, 3G or 2G data connection on roaming, although is active. Is not a line issue. I have tested with other SIM that works on other phone.
My phone is a Nokia 8 (no band issues). Data on roaming is set to active on settings. Calls and SMS works perfect, but can't connect to data.
On my country the phone works great, but not abroad.
I've tried some troubleshooting that Nokia's costumer services suggested (in safe mode delete cache and user's info on Carrier services for example). The only one that i couldn't do is uninstall Google Play services updates.
This phone came with Android 7 and has been update to Pie in the natural way (updates). No flash or root has been made.
I think that some setting that is not used anymore is blocking the connection.
I've been thinking of resetting the phone (I'll do it if is for sure a solution).
Does anybody knows how to fix this?
