Can this app be trusted?

I have a habit of copying passwords back and fourth from LastPass, but that worries me about the clipboard history. I can't seem to delete it firectly from gboard, so I use an app. I've used it already for several months, but I'm worried if it actually stole my passwords.

Which app are you concerned about -- Gboard, or this other app? Is it a 3rd party clipboard app?

Have you verified your passwords are being stored long term on the clipboard in the first place? I use Last Pass and sometimes have to copy passwords manually when the auto-fill function doesn't work. I use the app's built in copy function (like in the attached photo), which is independent of the keyboard or any other app. After I paste it where I need, LP deletes it from my clipboard. My LG V20 has a built in clipboard manager where I can view and delete entries, and I never see anything from LP in it.

So there's a chance you wouldn't need that stand alone clipboard manager in the first place.Capture+_2019-06-27-08-38-34.jpeg
