Google Fit location tracking stopped, no help on the internet!

So, went for a walk today and wondered why my morning motorcycle ride to work hadn't come up as a bicycle ride as it usually does. So I opened Fit and found a warning stating "Activity detection is off" with a link to go to location history. Tapping it tries to open something, then doesn't open. I checked my account settings for Location from Settings, set to High Accuracy and location is On. At the bottom is "Location services" and it states "Google Location History" but it's grayed out. So, I tried the settings in Google Fit and turn off Activity Detection, then back on, now I get an error stating "Error in Google Location. Location history is not available for this account or device.

This all started at some point yesterday. I haven't installed any new apps and my devices are a Moto 360 running the latest update and a Motorola Droid Turbo running 5.1. All my apps in the Play Store are updated. Anyone have a clue how to fix this? I have tried Googling all errors, nothing helped.

On your computer browser, log into your Google account and go here: https://www.google.com/settings/accounthistory/location?utm_source=ob&utm_campaign=locationhistory. Make sure Location History hasn't been paused.
